My name is Ederson and my nationality is Brazilian, i am living and want to apply for a student visa in Belgium, but i lived the last 2 years in china and i need to get my ''Certificate of good conduct'', so the police in china told me i have to make a letter authorizing my teacher from my university to make for me, and they told me i have to make a letter with my ten finger prints, then take to the notary and then to the chinese embassy to recognize. is this the procedure i have to do here in Belgium? thank you!
