Hi, i am really sorry to hear that. I do not think he is the man worth your love. See now, he is an australia citizen and he makes his daugther an australia citizen too, you should know that he does not love you actually, he just want to make use of you. Just imagine that he will soon get his wife to australia, what can you do?
Do not believer him any more, i can tell that he is not a good man. He has no resposibility at all. I think it is you but not him who should take him into court. Iknow you may worry about that you will break with him in this way and your children will have no dad then. But believe me, this is the best way for you. Or, you will be more regret, and if your children know that his dad is such a person, they will not forgive him either. Wish you happy

Are you an Australian citizen. If he has lived with you in order to claim Australian citizenship, but not married you, then you should report him to Australian immigration authorities. It sounds as if he has used you to get Australian citizenship for himself so he can bring his other family to Australia. This is not really legal. He has duped the system. If you inform Australian immigration that you feel he has lied to you in order to gain citizenship for himself and his family, they can take action. What he's doing is both immoral and illegal.
