DO you have the valid French visa? If you have it, you can still get a China visa from France

Hey, does anyone know the answer to this? I have the same problem of only having an entry stamp, not a proper French visa. I'm a US passport holder. Any help is appreciated!

If you don't have a valid vias, you can only apply for the China visa from your home country.

Mr. Juergen ditz and Ms.MF(DRC)

I visited the Chinese consular in Paris (there are directions posted on the embassy entrance) no more than 4 days ago. I was able to attain a 6 Month double-entry visa for China. I have only the regular 90 day schengen stamp in my passport as probably do you. (In a way, it is actually a visa). I'm Canadian.
I do not know of any difference between Nationalities, but usually Canadian, Australian, and American are treated similar.

But my advise is to go to the nearest one and try. It worked for me. Thanks Chinese Embassy. Please correct me if the information that I state is incorrect.
Just thought I'd pass the info.
Best of luck!
John
