About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

i think i replied in the wrong spot. i will only be in korea over night so i dont think that will be enough time. is it possible to get a tourist visa just to get to jinan then aplly for the temporary residence once we arrive? can i get a visa from anywhere in taipei?

You are not able to enter China without a visa. It may be difficult to apply for a China student visa in Taiwan. I advise you apply it in Hk near to Taiwan.
