About:Dual Nationality

I have de facto husband from china nationality and i got 2 children from him. And him ( my de facto ) had a wife and child in China. So is he break the rule (law)??? but we are living in Australia.

Hi, dear, do you love him deeply, do you know that he has married beore you marry? Actually, he break the law, but if her wife does not complain to the chinese goverment, he may not be punished. He is still a chinese citizen now, right？ But if his wife in China takes him into the court, he might have trouble with this. Does his wife know that he get married with you?
By the way, if he is a Chinese citizen, the Chinese goverment has the right to punish him, whereever he lived or whoever he married.
