Thanks for your reply. By the way, you are flying to Urumqi from Singapore or Kuala Lumpur? Have you booked the tour? How many of you?

Currently, neither Singapore nor Kuala Lumpur has direct flight to Urumqi. So, you could fly to Beijing, Shanghai or Xi'an from either of them, and then transfer to Urumqi by air.
