About:Emperor Qin Shi Huang

What is Qin Dynasty's relationship with the west/westerners?
Did he try to conquer other countries other than the whole of China?

Hi.
As far as I'm concerned, in the Qin Dynasty, Emperor SHi Huang were just busy in civil wars. It was impossible to conquer other countries. Actually, I recommend you the historical book Shiji written by Sima Qian 2100 yeas ago if you are interested indeed.
