Hi.As far as I'm concerned, in the Qin Dynasty, Emperor SHi Huang were just busy in civil wars. It was impossible to conquer other countries. Actually, I recommend you the historical book Shiji written by Sima Qian 2100 yeas ago if you are interested indeed.
