Is possible for me to take a day trip to Suzhou, Zhouzhuang and Hangzhou from Shanghai?

That seems impossible. Although Suzhou, Zhouzhuang and Hangzhou are not very far from Shanghai, one day is not enough to cover all of them.  If you want to avoid train journey, you can choose the water town, Zhouzhuang. Anyway, it is my understanding.
