About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hello, I am an Indian Citizen working here in Singapore under Employment Pass (P1). Our company has a project in China with CNOOC and I need to check would an LOI from the Oil company be sufficient to obtain a Z visa or should I travel to India to get one. Please advice. Thank you.

You may apply for a China work visa from the Chinese embassy in Singapore.
