HELLO

im cherry and im here in the united states im using fiancee visa to get here my visa will expire on sept 3 2009, i decided not to get married and go back to the philippines..is there any paper works do i have to do before i can leave the country? i want to go home with no problem and go home legally..i need your answers please thanks GB

You can just go back to philippines with your fiancee visa within its validity.

You don't need anything apart from your airplane ticket. I have they same experience, just make sure that you did not overstay.
