About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Hi,

I'm applying for positions teaching English in China, and I've been told that with less than one year's experience I cannot apply to tier 1 cities. How can I find a list of tier 1 cities? I'm guessing they are the big ones like Beijing and Shanghai...

Thanks.

Leon
