Could you please advise how much would it cost to see an eye specialist and an internal disease specialist in Guangzhou for a foreigner and advise which are the best hospital for these specialists to locate.

You can just go to the hospital near you, but please not to the health center, maybe it's not good, but will be a little cheaper.
