Only several cities have direct flights to Lhasa, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Chengdu and Guangzhou. If you depart from Hong Kong, you may choose Chengdu or Guangzhou to connect a flight to Lhasa. But according to the current flight schedule, no matter which city you choose, you will have to stay one night there and fly to Lhasa on the next day.
