Hi, I'm french ang I'm actually in Seoul to work with a working Holidays Visa. I would like to go to Beijing next week for 3 days, how can I have a tourist visa quickly?

You can apply for the visa from the China embassy in Seoul. If you submit your application between 09:00-10:00, then you can picke up the visa between 11:30-12:00 at the same day.
