About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

I am an Indian national residing In Abudhabi(UAE),i would like to visit Hong Kong and Macau.
do i need a visa to enter to this place.If no,how many days i can stay in both place with upon arrival visa.

Indian passport holders are free of visa to Hk for 14 dyas and to Macau for 30 days.
