About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Dear sirs/madams,
I'm ANANDA K RAJAKARUNA. Working in BOARD OF INVESTMENT OF SRI LANKA as a MANAGER (Investor Services).I hope, the CHINEASE LANGUAGE will be very important to me in future, becuse the Chinease investment will come to SRI LANKA. As you know special investment zone open for the chinease investors. Definitly they will come. If I can communicate with them in thier language,It will be benifitted for borth side.As a govenment officer I humblly request you to provide me a scolership on chinease language in China with native speakars,at least 6 months.pls; help me
