About:Dual Nationality

How chinese Goverment knew someone got dual Nationality?? In rule and fact diferrent, people still dual Nationality.

Yes, A lof of people have dual nationality. But in rule, it is not allowed. China now has paid more attention on this issue and related regulations has made to prevent this phonomoneon. If the goverment discover that you have dual nationality, you will be fined. Actually, if you do not use the Chinese nationality any more, you may not be discoverd, but if you want to use it to enter China, most probably you will be discovered.

if a child was born in phillipines but 1 parent is american & that child lived in phillipines until aduilt hood then moved 2 america do they have dual citizenship
