hey everyone. i.m from the caribbean and im surposed to be moving to changsha city in september. im gonna be studying at the hunan university and would like to know about the place. are there alot of english speaking people there? im gonna be studying computer science so i would like to know the price range for a laptop. and i speak absolutely no chinese: is it difficult to learn? and do you think 1 year is enough time to learn the language?
