About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi! Im currently in Shanghai holding F single entry visa, i want to go back home for just a week i just want to know if i can get a multiple visa in the Philippines to come back and what are the requirments for this.

Filipinos and foreign citizens who is currently residing or working in the Philippines may apply for F Visa or L Visa with multiple entries' privilege valid for 6 months, 12 months or 24 months with the following documents:
1. Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3. Evidence of frequent travel to China.
4. If you will apply for multiple-entries visa valid for 24 months shall also fill up a Supplementary Form provided by the Consular Office.
