About:Harbin Weather

I'm planning to go there in the last week of December crossing over to the new year. I'm a photographer ad would like to stay out long at night to capture the ice sculptures. What kind of winter wear would I need?

Thanks.

Snug down coat, thick padded jacket, cap, gloves and boots, etc. Temperature is below minus 10C and be colder at night outside. Keep warm. ~

All that Mr Clark has said, and more!! Except for the temperature. The last week of the year will see temperatures drop to -30 degree Celsius, so get a suitcase full of woollens!

I visited Harbin last Nov, when it was -19 degrees Celsius, and coming from India that was freezing!!
