About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I am currently a PR citizen of Singapore from malaysia, and i am planning to fly to Shanghai from malaysia.

So, if i apply the visa in Singapore, and i go to malaysia and fly from KL, will there be any problem?

Please check this issue with one airline company in Malaysia, in principal, it is permitted to do so, however, maybe the Malaysian airline won't allow you to board becuase your Chinese visa is issued in Singapore

btw, do i need to go in person to apply the visa?
or i can entrust someone to do it for me, and just provide whatever they need for the application?

If you don't have time, you can entrust someone else to process the visa for you.
