About:Hong Kong Travel

Hi,

Our family will travel to Hong Kong for the 1st time and will stay there 7 days. We'll travel w/ a 3 years old. We plan to visit Disney,Ocean Park etc. We're thinking to stay at 1 hotel in Tsim sha tsui.
Wonder if it will be too far for all the places we want to visit.
Also, What is the best way to save money by using public transit there? I don't think Octobus/MTR has unlimited pass. Please advise. thanks alot.

To stay at Tsim Sha Tsui is fine.
To the Ocean Park: Take Star ferry at Tsim Sha Tsui Pier to Central (where you can walk to the Peak within 20 minutes). It costs 1.7-2.2HKD. Then walk ten minutes to Admiralty bus station to catch city bus No. 629 which can take to the Ocean Park directly. The bus ticket is 10.6HKD.

Another option: Take Subway from Tsim Sha Tsui to Admiralty and get out of the subway station to take 629 bus. This is faster.

To Disneyland: Take ferry to Central and change subway to Sunny Bay, where you can take Disney special Subway to the park. Ticket fare from Central to disney: 26HKD. Children is half the price.
