I will be visiting China For six days,I will be staying in Shanghai but doing bussines in Zhjiang and in Jiangsu. What mode of transport do you suggest I use?

Both Train and Long-distance bus are a good choice. From shanghai to zhejiang, it may need you about 2 hours. Some trains are very cheap, about 20 CNY, but the express trains are about 60-70 CNY, the same as the long-distance bus. You can choose whatever you want.
