hi! i want to visit taipei end of this decemberbring my family to taipei zoo.

Question

Hi! I want to visit Taipei end of this December and bring my family to Taipei Zoo.  but I found out that Taipei may have moonsoon seasons in December.  Should I procced with my trip or cancel?  If I continue my plan to Taipei, what clothing should I bring?

Not much rain in this month and the temperature is about 15C. It is a bit cold and need to bring thinck overcoat. If you want to postpone your plan, suggest April and May which have better weather.
