Dear Sir,I would like to speak to somebody from the Commercial Consul of China in Dubai, unfortunately, despite several times of trying, nobody answer on these lines:  04 3944733 and even on 04 3448032 (always busy tone).Is there any other way for me to reach & talk to the Commercial Consul?Thanks,Fe
