Hi! I'm going to Guangzhou this Saturday via Hong Kong. What's the fastest and convenient way to travel from Hong Kong to Guangzhou? Via train or bus? By the way, we have luggages with us.

I think the train may be easier that you don't have to get off the bus for check at the customs port on the way from HK to Guangzhou. Just for your reference!
