Could spare me some advice on how much budget or the total cost of your vacation in Harbin?

Hello there. I was wondering if any of you guys who where able to visit HARDIN could spare me some advice on how much budget or the total cost of your vacation. It dosen't have to be a first class vacation just an average vacation. Oh in us dollars please. Thank you very much.
