About:Taiwan Weather

Hi!

I'm thinking of visiting Taiwan (or Taipei specifically) in Nov'09. Is it a good time for shopping in terms of climate as well as shopping for ladies clothes (i'm from Malaysia so winter clothings are not my target)....

I don't think the weather will affect shopping at all. But the best discount season should be around every Christmas.
