I will be arriving at Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport at 1310 on 24th July 2009. Is there shuttle bus at the airport that can take me to Shanghai? If not which train station should I go in order to get to Shanghai?

There is no direct bus could drive you to Shanghai. So, you could take the airport shuttle bus and then get off at Hangzhou Railway Station. Here, you could catch an express train to Shanghai easily.
