No information for this tracking: EE196321687CN and Does anyone know how to get in touch with EMS?

Hi, I am trying to contact EMS and they dont seem to have a number or email address. I bought some stuff some days ago and it has not arrived yet. Does anyone know how to get in touch with EMS? They gave me a tracking number but 信息提示:No information for this tracking.: EE196321687CN. I am in Germnay. I will appriciate any feedback.
