About:Chinese Embassy in Spain

I want to go to China (Shanghai) for 1 week in August 2009 can I download Visa Application form and send representative to Madrid to obtain Visa Quickly I am a Britsh Citizen. I have travelled to China before and have expired Visa in Current Passport.

Yes, you can send some one else to process the visa for you.
