About:Guguan Great Wall

Guguan is an important pass in history. Gu means strong or solid. It reflects the important position of this pass. My hometown is near Guguan. I feel so proud of it!

Dear Mr. Robin,
In July 2011 I would like to cycle form Xi'An to Beijing. On the way I want to visit at least one part of the Great Wall. Guguan seems to me a nice location. Do you think it s possible to go there by bicycle and are there opportunities to find some accomodation for sleeping?
