As I know, there is no direct flight to Hainan from New Delhi. Yes, you can take flight from Hong KOng: HX 107, HU 7952, UO 4107 to Haikou at 12:10No vegetarian food plaza in Haikou, restaurants are: Tong Shan Tang at 33, Haidian San Dong LuYuanzhi Xinling Fang: northeast side of 1/F, Xinda Commercial Building, 48, Guomao Dadao.
