Miss Chow from MalaysiaWe a group of 8 are planning to go to Huangshan after we had arrived at XiaoShan Hangzhou airport. Our arrival is on 15 Aug 09 at 10pm. How can we go to Huangshan from airport? Is there any van or MPV can be hired? if yes how much is it? If not is there any alternative way? Looking forwards to your reply.Thanks.

I think it is not safe to drive to Mt. Huangshan at night. Few drivers at the airport would like to drive there. The journey is about 4 hours by bus at daytime. So, it is suggested that you stay one night at Hangzhou downtown area and then leave for Mt. Huangshan the next day. If you would like to hire a van to Mt. Huangshan, you'd better book a van from travel agancy or car company in advance. Actually, you have 8 people together, why not make up of a small tour group by yourselves? Eveything will be easier and the costs may be less, too! Just for your reference!
