About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Dear Sir/Mdm,
My mother is holding Taiwan (ROC) passport and we are hoping to visit my brother who is working in China.
Does my mother need to apply China Tourist Visa? Thanks.

She need to apply for a Taiwan compatriot entry permit to China.
