Taiyuan Jie near Shenyang Railway Station, Zhong Jie and Wu'ai Market in Wu'ai Jie. Bargainning is necessary in Wu'ai. In other shops, you can bargain unless the shop owner says that NO Bargainning. They are popular place in Shenyang.
