About:Shenyang Shopping

please give me some short information about shopping places at Shenyang..where is the most favourite for tourist and sell cheap stuff?do we have to bargain?any good tips for me? thank you..

Taiyuan Jie near Shenyang Railway Station, Zhong Jie and Wu'ai Market in Wu'ai Jie. Bargainning is necessary in Wu'ai. In other shops, you can bargain unless the shop owner says that NO Bargainning. They are popular place in Shenyang.
