About:China Area & Zip Code

I work at a school that sends mail to Shenzhen, China all the time. Neither FedEx or the USPS will recognize 518-000 as the "zip" code. I have googled the city and the only code listed is the one above. Help!

Hi, 518000 is a general area code for shenzhen. Actually, there are many districts in shenzhen. The area code are all different. Please give me the detailed address that i can help you find the right area code, then it will be ok, i am sure.
