I'm a foreign researcher in Belgium. My nationality is argentinian. I intend to go to Beijing next September on a tourist basis (visiting a friend who live in Beijing). My round trip ticket will be Brussels-Beijing-Brussels. My question is that by end September I won't have my residence permit because this expires on Sep 30 and I won't renovate it: I am leaving the country back to Buenos Aires. But I would like to fligth to Beijing from here due to cost expenses. Is that possible?
