Thank you Mr.Jerry for the reply.Is there any 5 star Hotels near or in Zhongshan Road which I think it is the busiest shopping road in Xiamen or there is other best place to stay in ?Is there any ferry boat that go from Xiamen or Quanzhou to Taipei, Taiwan ?

You are right that Zhongshan Rd is an idea place for traveling so that you could find a hotel there. But, haven't found a 5-star hotel along the road, so you may consider a 4-star hotel which is available~Currently, foreigners couldn't take a ship from Xiamen to Taiwan. The usual way is that take a ship from Xiamen to Jinmen and then fly to Taipei. Just for your reference.
