hi! m travelling to hk with my family and friends for the first time. we will be staying at newton place hotel at kwun tong. id like to know the easiest way on how to reach disneyland and hk center. we really need help :) thanks!

So easy. You may go to take the subway at Kwun Tong MTT station to go to the Disnleyland resort. The HK center? what do you mean? Is it Central, Causeway Bay or other places?
