About:Embassy & Consulates of Singapore in China

Dear sir,
i,m Pakistani student studying in china, i,m going to Malaysia for traveling ,having a return ticket to china, and i get the visa of Malaysia, but from Malaysia i want to travel to Singapore and Tailand(Bangkok)
Q : Can i get the visa of Sinapore before going to Malaysia from china or the Tailand(Bangkok)visa
or its better to get the visa from Malaysia

If your travel schedule has been fixed, you can apply the visas to singapore and Thailand in China before your departure, or it is also ok to apply them in Malaysia.
