About:Chinese Consulates in India

Sir, I am an Indian national holding regular Indian passport ( not diplomatic or official passport). I am intended to visit Hong Kong for 4 days. I had come across that there is 14 days visa free for Indian nationals visiting Hong Kong but I heard that these visa free option is only applicable to diplomatic and official passport holders. Can you enlighten me more about this.
