Im a south african, can I get a visit visa for china in bishkek?

I'm afraid not. You have to apply fo rthe visa from where there us China embassy or consulate such as Pretoria, North West Province, Limpopo Province, Mpumalanga Province and the Kingdom of Swaziland.
