Hi All,
My Fiannce is from China. However, from what I know is she need to get a letter from public notary.
Can I know where and how to get the public notary letter ?
Can I get it from China Embassy in Malaysia?
Is it a lawyer firm or government office ?
She need to do a medical check up?
