The requirements are:
1. Her passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3. Round-trip air ticket
4. Invitation letter from you with your valid address and contacts in China.

Will it be possible for her to get a 6months multiple entry visa? I understand she lives in ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE. Does she have to go to Manila to apply or where?

Yes, she can apply for a multi-entry visa for 6 months, but she has to provide proof of frequent trip to China during the 6 months.
She can also apply for the visa from the near China consulate.

Get the visa from Cebu. Much nearer than Manila. Or let someone or her friend process it for her. Visa fee for ingle entry is P1,400.00 and will take 4 days. Let her bring her bank certificate so it will be faster. They are now asking for it. Good Luck!

I think the bank statement has adequate funds to cover the duration of his/her stay without working

If she is planning to apply for a three months double entry visa and 30days stay at each entry, how much does the bank statement has to show proof of? I am the one to invit her, and certainly will host her. She will certainly be staying at my place meaning i will take care of all. feeding , lodging etc. Does she needs to provide the B.S?

If you will be her sponsor, then your bank statement will be ok. Foreigners to China must have enough funds of at least 100 dollars' expense per day.

My point is, i am presently working here. Meaning a place or accommodation for her won't be a problem. My point is about how much is needed in the B.S i am to send to you? Secondly must it be an original one or a photo copy will do?
