I want to know about the best way to go to Unnan University from Camellia Hotel.

The besy way is to take a taxi. I don't know whether you can find the bus stop for Bus 64 near your hotel. If you cannot see that, you may go to Kunming Railway Station to take the Bus 64, which can take you to get to Yunnan Unversity.
