What documentation is required to obtain a tourist visa (UK passport) for China from the embassy in Tokyo?

The requirements are
a. A valid passport with enough blank pages.
b. A completely visa application form.
c. One recently taken, bareheaded, full-faced photo(3cm x 4cm).
d. Aliens who have just stayed in Japan for less than 90 days have to provide a record of their valid entry to Japan; aliens who have long-stay permit of Japan have to provide a record of their valid stay in Japan.
