About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Hi, I am an Australian citizen who is waiting for an introduction letter to gain a working "Z" visa for China. Can I obtain the visa from the Chinese Embassy in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City or do I have to get it before I leave Australia?
Thanks, Nicole

You'd better obtain the China work visa in Australia, for it is easier and cheaper.
