I am looking for a Tea House in Harbin ..that can perform the
Tradition Tea Ceremony?

have them but the green tea in HArbin is better known as BEER.
you want tea you need to go south! but if you are for reals interested there are a couple places that can serve you poor tea for expensive prices.
