About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hello,

I am an American citizen, currently living in Japan as a participant on the JET program. I am going to China for one week in the beginning of August. I was told that it is impossible for the Chinese embassy to process visa applications received by mail. Are there any Tokyo travel agencies you can recommend that can apply for the visa on my behalf? Thank you!
